Whittier Choice 2A – Roxbury, MA
This is Phase Two of a three-phase redevelopment project of the Whittier Housing projects in Boston, MA. The project included the construction of two new buildings with 52 mixed-income units. The HVAC systems for these units utilized high-efficiency heat pumps and ERV units, and duct systems for air distribution and ventilation. Work was completed in November of 2021
