Olmsted Mixed-Use Housing – Roxbury, MA

Olmsted Mixed Use consists of eight Buildings with a total of (46) apartments. This was a ground-up project that followed construction of each building and installation of systems in each. The HVAC work on this project included the installation of new Hydro-pack HVAC air handlers with matching DX condensers and ducted distribution and ventilation for each tenant. The Hydro-pack units were piped to the domestic water heater (by a plumber) to provide heat for each tenant, with DX condensers providing the required cooling. This project was completed in November 2021.
