The project will include the renovation of the existing Julia Bancroft School, with a new ground-up addition attached to the building. Monahan Technologies has been contracted to provide HVAC contract work for this new multi-residential project. This building contains 60 apartments with common community spaces. The HVAC on this project will include a heat pump system for the apartments and common/community areas, with apartment and common-area ERV (Energy Recovery Units) to meet fresh air requirements.
