Monahan Technologies has been contracted by Shawmut Design and Construction (SDC) to provide HVAC contract work for a new ground-up construction building in Jamaica Plain, MA. The building contains 110 apartments, community spaces, and underground parking. It’s being conditioned using packaged rooftop units, a LG VRF system for common spaces, and individual high-efficiency heat pumps and ceiling-mounted ERV units for apartment spaces. The job is projected to begin June 2022 with a tentative completion date of June 2023.
