98 Essex Street – Haverhill MA

In 2019, Monahan Technologies completed renovation of the historic Shoe and Leather Association building in downtown Haverhill MA.  The building consists of (62) apartment homes; one, two and three bedroom units and a first floor commercial space.  Heating for this building is provided by  two (2) Lochinvar Crest Boilers, and B&G Pump package. Cooling is provided by a roof mounted cooling tower.  These two systems utilize a two pipe medium temperature loop, that is connected to (68) vertical stack heat pumps for heating and cooling of the individual units. The Design also included installation of one  (1) roof mounted Greenheck Energy Recovery Unit (ERV), to provide required fresh air to the building.
