Monahan Technologies has completed construction several new locations for the Ninety Nine Restaurants in 2020 and 2021.  Working with James J Welch MTI Was contracted to provide typical HVAC build out including:   

• Installation of Trane Packaged Gas/electric Roof tops
• HVAC Duct work distribution, diffusers and grilles
• Captive Aire exhaust fans and hoods
• Welded duct work and kitchen exhaust installations
• Complete control HVAC package
