Monahan Technologies has been contracted to provide the HVAC for the New Massachusetts Air National Guard Joint Force
Headquarters at Hanscom AFB, in Bedford MA. This is a ground up LEED certified construction project. Construction
has started and anticipated completion date is December of 2011.

VAMC Endoscopy Unit Renovations, Jamaica Plain, MA
Monahan Technologies has recently been awarded the HVAC for the Endoscopy Renovations at the VAMC Jamaica Plain. The
project consists of the complete demolition and rehabilitation of existing Endoscopy wing, including new HVAC equipment, pipe
and duct systems and a complete controls upgrade. BC Construction of North Reading is General Contractor

Nashua City Hall - Nashua NH
Monahan Technologies has recently completed the HVAC and Roofing upgrades at the Nashua City Hall. The project
provided for the installation of new HVAC equipment through out the builidng, including but not limited to packaged York roof
tops, Mitsubishi Citi Multi Heat Pumps and a complete building controls upgrade provided by Johnson Controls of Manchester.
This was a very technical project requiring coordination with the General Contractor and Client for all work in this fully
operational building.

Monahan Technologies was recently contracted to provide generator stack replacements for University of Massachusetts
at Lowell.
The project consisted of the installation of (5) new black iron stacks welded and routed as specified to new locations
above the roof line. Monahan Acted as prime contractor on this DCAM project.
